Join us for our exciting cooking classes in Marlboro, NJ. Learn how to make spectacular meals from an award winning professional chef in a real commercial kitchen. You can learn how to make homemade potato gnocchi with pancetta and jumbo lump crabmeat, pan roasted sea scallops with caramelized fennel and citrus and mascarpone crepes cake with port wine cherries and shaved chocolate.  Our instructional cooking classes are designed to teach participants cooking instructions at any level in a relaxed and fun atmosphere while enjoying a 3 course meal. BYOB.
